Cold storage installation and maintenance process
1. Appearance: Dark brown emulsion; Viscosity: 0.25 (Pa.S); Solid content: not less than 43%; Heat resistance (80 ℃. 5h) unchanged; Adhesive strength not less than 0.2Mpa; Impermeability (dynamic water pressure 0.1~0.2Mpa, 0.5h) Impermeability: Alkali resistance: no change in appearance after immersion in saturated Ca (Oh) 2 melt for 15 days; Crack resistance (base crack width ≤ 2mm): The coating does not crack; The drying time of the coating film should not exceed 4 hours, and the actual drying time should not exceed 24 hours
Waterproof layer method (base and wall surface leveling):
Brush a layer of paint on the base layer until the surface is not sticky to the hands;
Apply the first layer of fiberglass cloth while brushing the paint, and wait until the surface is not sticky to the hands;
Brush a layer of paint to cover it, and wait until the surface is not sticky to the hands;
Brush the surface coating or lay a second layer of fiberglass cloth. Requirements and construction methods for glass fiber cloth:
Glass fiber cloth requires good compactness and toughness, generally using 8x8; When laying glass fiber cloth, the overlapping length should not be less than 5cm;
When laying the second layer, its joints must be staggered by more than 20cm from the first layer. (2) Construction method of polypropylene roll waterproof layer (after cleaning, repairing and leveling the foundation)
Construction operation procedure: Acceptance of the base layer (leveling layer), cleaning of the base layer (leveling layer), preparation of adhesive, treatment of complex parts, laying of composite rolls → inspection of the construction quality of the composite rolls, construction of the protective layer, and acceptance. 2. Prepare the adhesive for cement placement according to the requirements: Mix 3 parts of water, 6 parts of 425 # ordinary Portland cement, and 1 part of 107 or 801 building adhesive by volume, and stir evenly.

Before the construction of composite rolls, the leveling layer must be inspected and approved, and the waterproof layer construction can proceed when the moisture content is between 30% and 50%.
(1) Complex part processing
Before the construction of the waterproof layer, additional layers should be applied to complex areas (such as internal corners, external corners, flushing pipes, threading pipes, etc.) according to the requirements of the drawings. The additional layers in complex areas should be treated and bonded with composite rolls, cement glue, or polyurethane glue.
(2) When laying composite rolls, first place the composite roll 3 to 12 meters in the correct direction at the laying position, fix it in the middle, and roll one end of the roll to the fixed position for pasting. After pasting this end, roll the other end of the pre placed roll back to the already pasted position, and continue laying until the entire width is completed.
Laying method: Apply cement adhesive with a brush to the surface of the base layer (leveling layer) and the corresponding surface of the roll, with a thickness of about 1.0mm. Then paste the roll, and at the same time, use a scraper to exhaust and compact the bonding surface on the surface of the roll to remove excess local adhesive. The vertical composite roll material must be pasted longitudinally, aligned from top to bottom, and compressed by exhaust from bottom to top. The base layer is required
(3) The joint construction requires a clean and dry base layer for the joint adhesive coating area.
