Generally, cold storage facilities are cooled by refrigeration machines, using liquid with a very low vaporization temperature as a coolant to evaporate under low pressure and mechanical control, absorbing heat from the storage area and achieving the purpose of cooling and lowering the temperature. 1. Preparation work. The preparation work includes developing a plan for the installation of the cold storage project, preparing the construction site and materials. The various materials used in cold storage construction are formulated according to customer needs. After formulating the construction plan, organize the construction site that meets the requirements and transport all installation materials to the construction site,
2. Install the library body. The current small and medium-sized cold storage in China is mainly composed of assembled cold storage panels, while large cold storage is mostly civil construction cold storage. According to the engineering plan, assemble or construct the cold storage body and install the storage door. The warehouse body should be flat, tight and sturdy, without any hollow feeling, and the sealing, moisture-proof, antifreeze, and load-bearing properties should meet the engineering requirements; The warehouse door should be flexible in opening and closing, with good sealing.
Install refrigeration equipment. The refrigeration system of a cold storage includes an evaporator inside the storage and units outside the storage. So the equipment must be installed horizontally and firmly in accordance with the construction specifications at the required location, and there should be corresponding protective measures.
Install the electronic control system. The electrical control system of a cold storage includes electrical equipment such as an electrical control box, electric doors, and interior lighting. The requirement for the cold storage power supply is a stable three-phase four wire (380V), and an independent power supply or a backup power supply can be used as needed. The circuit should have reasonable emissions and corresponding protective measures. Connect the refrigeration system.

According to the customer's needs, adjust the values of the cold storage, test the cold storage, and ensure that it can reach the predetermined temperature, cool down at a normal speed, and operate normally. Then, the cold storage can be delivered for use. The cold storage installation unit also needs to provide training on cold storage usage and management knowledge, as well as some after-sales services for the cold storage users.
