Maintenance of evaporator2

In a water-cooled chiller refrigeration system, due to the presence of minerals in the water, the evaporative cooling tower, and the heating effect, the condenser will form scale and sediment after running for a certain period of time. Due to the low thermal conductivity of scale (about 0. kcalimhrc), this leads to an increase in the heat transfer of the condenser tubes, which deteriorates the condensation effect of the condenser. According to statistics, a 1.5mm scale on the water side surface of the condenser can cause a 2.8 ℃ increase in condensation temperature, resulting in a 9% increase in power consumption of the refrigeration unit. Remove dirt, frost, and other debris from the heat exchange equipment in a timely manner to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchange equipment. Timely remove the deposits on the base generator. After working for a period of time, a frost layer will form on the coil, and even water will form, because the thermal conductivity system of frost (ice 1) can corrode the equipment and shorten its service life. The condenser should be cleaned regularly, and the thickness of the scale should not exceed 1mm.
