Technical Configuration
Enclosure Structure: Color steel PU sandwich panels connected by eccentric hook locks. Inner corners fitted with arc edge covers, and panel joints sealed with sealant to reduce cold bridges and prevent condensation and icing. The freezer door is equipped with heating wires to avoid door frame freezing and sticking.
Refrigeration System: Two independent integrated refrigeration units with hot gas defrosting. Each complete unit includes compressor, ceiling evaporator, Emerson temperature controller, filter drier, copper tubes and valves. Hot gas defrosting ensures minor temperature fluctuation and low power consumption. The Emerson controller supports temperature setting, automatic defrost and high/low temperature alarm.
Electrical Accessories: Cold storage moisture-proof LED lights, power & control cables, full set of hardware and sealing accessories.
Solution Features
Kyrgyzstan has a large diurnal temperature variation, so insulation panel thickness is selected as required. The two systems work independently; maintenance of one room will not affect the other. Units are pre-assembled in factory to minimize on-site welding and simplify installation.
Scope of Supply
Cold storage sandwich panels, 2 sets of 900×2000 manual cold doors, 2 sets of integrated refrigeration units, moisture-proof lamps, cables, arc edge profiles, sealing and installation accessories. Bilingual (Russian/English) installation drawings and operation manuals are provided.
Delivery & After-sales Service
Pre-fabricated at factory and delivered by container. Drawings are supplied, and remote video guidance for installation & commissioning is available. The refrigeration unit enjoys 12-month warranty (excluding consumable parts), with online technical support.
Project Summary
This small-scale dual-temperature cold storage for Central Asia adopts modular assembly structure and integrated hot gas defrosting units with reliable performance. It is suitable for local small and medium merchants to store fresh produce and frozen food and reduce agricultural product loss.
