Russia 0–8°C Fresh Cold Storage Project Case

This customized fresh cold storage project is built for Russian local constant-temperature warehousing, matching local climate and power standards. Cold storage dimension: L5.4m × W4m × H3.1m, total volume 66.96m³, designed storage temperature 0～8°C, suitable for fresh food and general goods preservation.

The project targets airtight, energy-saving and easy-to-operate cold storage. All equipment supports 24-hour continuous stable operation, with localized electrical design for Russian operators.

2. Material & Equipment Configuration 材料与设备配置

1. Warehouse Enclosure 库体结构

100mm PIR thermal insulation panels are adopted with low thermal conductivity to reduce cold loss. Internal wall is covered with embossed aluminum sheet, anti-corrosion, easy to clean and sanitary for storage use.

2. Door & Floor Treatment 库门与地面处理

Equipped with manual sliding cold storage door with tight sealing strips to avoid cold leakage. The floor is constructed with multi-layer waterproof anti-seepage structure to prevent dampness and water accumulation.

3. Refrigeration System 制冷系统

Bitzer compressor is selected as main refrigeration unit, featuring high efficiency and stable long-time operation. Matched air cooler ensures uniform temperature inside the warehouse, together with complete refrigeration valves for accurate refrigerant regulation.

4. Electric Control System 电控系统

Besides standard control box, an extra Russian-language power cabinet is customized with full Russian display and labels to eliminate language barriers. The system is equipped with overload, short-circuit protection and fault alarm functions.

5. Auxiliary Materials 配套辅材

Low-temperature resistant cables and complete installation accessories including brackets, sealing pieces and connecting fittings are supplied for full set construction.

3. Construction Process 施工流程

 1. Site foundation leveling and anti-seepage pretreatment.

2. Assemble PIR insulation panels and install embossed aluminum inner wall.

3. Complete floor waterproof construction and curing.

4. Install Bitzer compressor, air cooler, valves and sliding door.

5. Lay cables, mount control box and Russian power cabinet, debug circuits.

6. Air tightness test, temperature calibration and 72h continuous trial run for acceptance.
