Indonesia 2–8℃ Cold Storage Project Case

The project includes two cold rooms of different specifications: a small cold room of 5.9m×3.9m×2.9m and a large cold room of 6m×12m×5.2m, both set at a constant temperature of 2to 8to meet differentiated storage and turnover capacity requirements.

The main enclosure structure adopts XPS extruded polystyrene insulation panels, featuring low thermal conductivity, high compression resistance and excellent moisture-proof performance. All plate joints are fully sealed to eliminate cold bridges and air leakage, ensuring stable indoor temperature and effectively reducing cooling energy consumption.

For supporting accessories, the project is equipped with cold storage manual sliding doors, air curtain machines and PVC door curtains. The combination of air curtain and soft curtain effectively isolates internal and external air convection, minimizes cold loss during cargo entry and exit, prevents condensation inside the room, and greatly improves operating efficiency.

The refrigeration system adopts copeland refrigeration units and matched evaporator fans. The units are suitable for high-temperature tropical environments, providing fast cooling, uniform air circulation and stable temperature control. The system ensures no temperature dead zone in the cold room and maintains long-term stable operation under 28constant temperature conditions.

The whole electrical control system is equipped with Siemens electric control box, realizing intelligent temperature automatic control, unit start-stop adjustment, overload protection, short-circuit protection and fault alarm functions. With complete safety protection and precise temperature control logic, the system ensures reliable and safe 24-hour continuous operation. The project is fully equipped with standard cables, pipe fittings, sealants, connectors and other auxiliary materials, all adapted to local high temperature and humid environment with strong durability and oxidation resistance.

After professional on-site assembly, pipeline layout, system commissioning and full-load operation test, the project was successfully delivered. The cold rooms run stably with precise constant temperature, low energy consumption and extremely low storage loss. This customized cold chain solution fully adapts to the local Indonesian climate and customer storage demands, delivering reliable operating performance and obtaining high customer recognition.
