2. Classification by Temperature Range

 

- High-temperature Storage (Fresh-keeping): Above 0°C, for fruits, vegetables, flowers, tea

- Medium-temperature Storage (Refrigeration): -55°C, for fresh meat, dairy products, cooked food

- Low-temperature Storage (Freezing): -18-25°C, for frozen meat, seafood, quick-frozen food

- Quick-freezing Storage: -30-45°C

- Ultra-low Temperature Storage: -60℃~-120, for scientific research, biology, special ingredients
