Installation method of air curtain machine

1. The air curtain machine should be installed on the door frame, and the width of the door opening must be less than or equal to the length of the air curtain; If the door opening is too wide, several curtain machines need to be connected and installed for use.

2. The installation base plate must be firmly connected to the wall or column to prevent vibration caused by looseness. Installation method of base plate:

Installed on a concrete wall, arrange 8 bolts with a relative size of 10 × 60 according to the position of the holes on the installation base plate, and embed the bolts in cement. Then fix the installation base plate on it or punch holes directly on the concrete wall, and fix it with expansion screws. Once the mortar is fully secured, fix the mounting plate washer nut onto the bolt. 8 bolts are fixed on the concrete wall or door frame. The body hanging corners must be inserted into the mounting holes on the mounting plate.

3. Remove the screws from the rear hanging plate of the air curtain machine and take out the hanging plate; Secure the hanging board firmly in the installation position.

4. Hang the air curtain machine upside down on a fixed hanging board with the air outlet facing downwards.

5. Align the removed screws and tighten them again.
